Almost done work then heading to Ottawa for the big Mud Hero event tomorrow!! Woot, so excited!!

Good luck! I'm thinking of doing the Tough Mudder next year. Who knows? Always good to keep challenging ourselves!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Kelly, a good friend of mine did the Tough Mudder last year and he LOVED it. Trained for MONTHS prior to it (I doubt he was as in as good shape as you are) and it nearly killed him and he can't wait to do it again. LOL You'd be great at that! Take Marny with you, she'd rock it too!

EXCELLENT! I looked at that for this year and thought I'll wait til next year, to get down to where I'd like to be and ensure I don't fall over in the middle of it all!
Ottawa Race Weekend is the week after my birthday; I'd like to celebrate my 45th next year with a 5K (or... 10K?!?) run. That's one of my goals.
