I finally made it!!!

HW (1st day of Opti Dec 16, 2013) 289.6lbs SW (Jan 6, 2014) 269.6 lbs TODAY 198.8 lbs.

Almost 5 months post op (+3 weeks of opti) I finally made it to onderland! I haven't seen the 100's since maybe late elementary school and grade 9. This is a huge victory for me.

I have been smart and made small goals for myself along the way. Many I haven't reached by the deadline I gave myself but I was close enough to feel successful and a little humbled. Many I reached and felt like a million bucks! Today I'm feeling like a million bucks lol!! Still have a ways to go but I feel fantastic and defiantly have a skip in my step today.
