I’ve been MIA—Report Card Season...late to bed...early to rise. Not much time for anything else. Going to my last CBT appointment today—it has been a real help.

B- Oatmeal with cinnamon and ground flaxseed and coffee
L-Chicken soup and a boiled egg
Snack-Greek yogurt
S- Extra lean minced turkey with diced tomatoes
Snack-Greek yogurt and SF Jello

1 TSP of olive oil used in roasting
grilled asparagus
S - 1 source dessert yogurt

Day 2 of my sick days. getting some chores done and we are back to the vet for another look at Jasper.
B- protein coffee, source yogurt, 1/2 banana
S- 1/2 quest bar
L- 3/4 cup taco soup
D- 3/4 cup taco soup w/ 1 oz LF cheese
S- 1/3 cup greek yogurt w/ SF pudding powder

What a gorgeous day here - so happy to see the sun. And even happier that my dad was so kind to come over yesterday and help me put up my new gazebo so I can enjoy it without being burnt to a crisp! Very "out of sorts" again today - having some stress in a very comfortable, loving relationship with a friend. It occurs to me that one of the reasons I enjoy this thread so much is that eating is the one aspect of my life that I truly have control over. That control brings me peace.

B - coffee with milk x 3 over the morning, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
S - protein shake with strawberries and bananas
L - crustless quiche, cucumber slices
S - lettuce roll-up with chicken salad (leftover BBQ chicken, peppers, onions, a little mayo)
D - homemade chili

Such a beautiful day, I will actually enjoy yard duty today. It puts all the kids in such a great mood!
Almooooost down 10 pounds of regain this morning. Probably if I had had a poop, it would have pushed me into that 10 pound mark. heehee. Still continuing to be super diligent with my eating. Nooooooo carbs for me at all yet...and that is a huge victory since carbs have always been my sticky point!
B- protein shake, and mid morning, a grande SF, non fat Cinnamon Dolce Late from Starbucks
L- mixed greens, roast chicken pieces, and calorie-wise poppy seed dressing
D- Not sure about this yet. I have to bring my daughter to gymnastics tonight so we usually eat out. Maybe Wendy's chili since it takes no guess work? Chili has become my friend again!

Long day for me today. Working 16 hours, all on my feet. I left my house at 7:30am and won't be returning until 12:30am. So, even though I won't be getting a workout in, my calories will be higher
B: 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup pumpkin flax cereal, 1tbsp chia, 1/4 cup blackberries
S: a plate of fruit (finally, something in the staff room I can eat!!!), 1 mini simply protein bar
L: cod fillet, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/4 cup brown rice
S: 1 apple, 1 protein bar
D: tofu spinach wrap
S: 20 almonds
S: 2 tbsp of PB
I'll probably pick up some veggies and dip to munch on at my second job tonight.
