3 month followup and met with fellow OH member :-)

Had my 3 month check up today and it went amazing!  

The nurse was shocked to see I had lost 59 pounds. She said if you have lost this much in 3 months I can't even imagine what your going to look like when I see you at 6 months. 

The dietician said to me the next time I see you at 6 months you won't even be considered overweight anymore.  

I'm so thrilled with my progress so far. My SW was 227, weight after opti 214.... today's weight 168!

I also had the pleasure of meeting with Michelle Cowles.  It was so great to meet you Michelle. Your such a beautiful person inside and out. I am so excited for you and your upcoming surgery. Cannot wait to catch up again. 

This surgery has changed my life in more ways then I can say, I am so blessed to have had this procedure.

Thank you so much. My 6 month follow up is August 20th. I am going to TRY to schedule my appt with Klein that day as well. So depending on those appts we may have time to stop and visit. It will depend on what shift my husband is on as he is my driver :-)

You have my cell number now, please feel free to text me whenever you like. If you text in the daytime and I don't answer it's because I am sleeping, I work a week on/week off of 12 hours shifts 8pm to 8am. But I will text back when I'm mobile lol.
