Good morning all. Glad to be back to regular eating. Had a colonoscopy yesterday. The prep is awful. I had a reaction to the liquid laxative I had to drink. I think it might have been the sorbitol in it. After drinking the second bottle I got cold sweats and started to black out. I ended up on the bathroom floor at 4:30 in the morning wondering how I would get back up. After the procedure I was told I do not have to come back for 5 years. I'm thinking maybe never.
Suppose to be a nice weekend. Woofstock is being held near my house so may walk over to see what it is all about.
Off to work for now

I haven't been here for a while, swamped with work and no time to surf anymore. I still suck at vitamins but bought some new ones last night so I keep them with me all the time so I have no excuses.
Out with the dog everyday and meeting new people and dating again and having fun. I still haven't touched alcohol but sometimes I crave a beer, while sitting on the patio. I think I can hold out for a while :)
I am down 152 lbs in 9 months, my BMI is down from 66.8 to 40.7 - I am still in the obese range but honestly I am healthier than I have been in ages and did 20+ km last weekend hiking.
Pat - I will be at Woofstock tomorrow morning with a friend to check it out. It should be a fun time!
B- protein coffee
S- cheese
L - Salad with chicken
S - Its DIP OFF at the office, I made a bean salsa... mmm beans...
D - veggies and steak
S- probably some leftover salsa... its really good
