What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)

2.5 years post op. I got some really good advice from the nutritionist yesterday. She thinks I need to eat more, since my exercise means I only net 600 calories. Also, I found post-workout hunger difficult to cope with so I'm re-arranging my menu a bit.

B: greek yogurt, bran buds, chia seeds, bluebrries
S: 1 simply protein mini bar, 20 almonds
L; 1/2 cup veggies, 5 bare chicken nuggets
S: 2 babybel and an apple
S: slice whole wheat bread and 2 tbsp of PB after bootcamp
D: hake loin and 1/2 cup green beans & 1 square 90% chocolate
