What are you eating/doing today (Wednesday)
Morning everyone. Enjoy the movies Barb..I had group last night and i am down another 5 1/2 pounds below goal..Very exciting..Going for another walk tonight with dogs if rain holds off.
B- boiled egg, tea.
S- 4 melba rounds and laughing cow.
D- spaghetti squash and ground chicken . So good.
S- few grapes and cheese string.
D- same as lunch.
S- roasted chick peas, maybe a yogurt..

Good morning. I went for a 10k run this morning, with a time of 55:30 (ish...my phone died at 9.91km). I'm running a half-marathon in Niagara Falls on June 1st, and i'm hoping to do it in under 2 hours :-) So looking good, yay!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
