Morning all,
Clearing out all of the "liftable" items from my living/dining rooms to (hopefully) be ready for the floor guys who are hopefully coming Tues or Wed to complete my new floors. Also have 2 pro painters coming in to give me a quote on painting the place. Maybe by the end of the week everything will be at least started?? Here's hoping. Had a great visit with my mom and dad yesterday and an invigorating walk to their place - god it was nice out yesterday!

You're right - a coat of paint in the right colour (s) can entirely change a room. The Benjamin Moore site has been my bestie for about a month now. lol

Good morning. What an awesome day yesterday. Great weather and had a great day with my kids. Taught my son's step child how to play hop scotch. I managed the hops but not the picking up the stone. Pretty funny.
Again I forgot my fitbit. That's three times this week.

Hello everyone! I have been reading this thread almost daily for a long time, and this morning I decided to post, because I finally planned my whole day in advance! Things have been going well with full fluids and recovery in general. I am surprised by my mental energy if not much physical energy, given that I am still taking the Percocets. I had hoped to be off them sooner, but I think because they removed my gallbladder as well that maybe I am a bit more sore than I expected. The largest incision seems clean and fine under the steri-strips, but it was very swollen on surgery day and is only now "normal" (I think the area will be a little uneven because it's right in the middle of my upper roll of pudge) but has had a big bruise that is healing. So I'm trying not to give myself flack for needing the narcs. I did decide to try a half-tab at each dose today rather than a full, and see how that is. I was a lot less sore upon wake-up than yesterday, so here's hoping!
