Ended up at high tea yesterday in Niagara on the Lake.....just had the tea and some cheese....the scones and jam were calling....today more appointments for my friend so back to the hospital

B - leftover steak and veg from the keg
L - grilled chicken on garden salad
S - Oh Yeah bar if required
D - 4 oz grilled chicken
1 cup of broccoli
1.5 cups of garden salad with full fat dressing
S - 1 Source dessert yogurt
2 wasa with 2 light laughing cow wedges

Good Morning. I love Niagara on the Lake. You did well to not have the scones. Not sure I could have been so strong.
I had a chocolate pudding yesterday. For some reason I had a bad reaction to it. I will have to check the ingredients and see if they have changed them. I know the other flavours have stuff I can't eat so maybe they changed the formula. Annoying
Forgot my fitbit yesterday. I will count a few more steps than day before for our step challenge since I went for a walk at lunch yesterday.

Morning Barb and everyone. Had my support group last night, it went well. Nice out today , hoping the rain holds off i am taking my grandson to the park after work .

Barb, High Tea at NOTL! I'm envious - what a fabulous way to spend the afternoon. I'm hoping for a sunny day today - too much doom and gloom with all the rain. Had a great day yesterday (towel shopping, out for dinner with some OH friends, which was fabulous) despite having tweaked my back/hip somehow - wtf? Anyway it's a little better today thankfully. I hate getting old. lol
No big plans for the day - just another day in paradise.

S - small slice banana bread with peanut butter, handful of grapes
L - leftovers from last night's dinner - shrimp taco (delish!), green salad
S - 3 ham/cheese/pickle roll-ups
D - small slice lasagna, a little Caesar salad
S - not sure that I'll need one
