Fish oil

Does anyone here take fish oil? I'm interested in starting again but am wondering if my stomac can break down the gel capsules?

Good question, I would like to know as well. I currently take centrum pronutrients omega 3 ultra concentrated mini gels as they are the smallest I can find. I like them but not sure about post-op. Anyone know about this?

I am two weeks post op and at my 1 week follow up asked if I could take fish oil and Probiotics. The answer was that when I could take pills without crushing them, could re-introduce these. I was told to follow up again at my 6 week follow up appointment.

Not sure this helps.
