Dry mouth

For the last fees days my

mouth has been really dry... No matter how much I drink I still have this dryness. It this normal? I'm on optifast.. This is my second week I only have 10 days left :) 

Keep drinking. 

Have you thought about sucking on a low/no sugar mint? I get the Dentyne breath mints and suck on those

Very Normal while on Optifast. I was drinking 3L of water a day and chewed a lot of gum. 

Less then 2 weeks left, you got this

Yes it is normal.  I had the same issue on Optifast.  hang in there 10 more days.

My biggest complaint from my Opti days!!!  I used to have 2 pieces of gum a day - one mid morning and one mid afternoon - which was the only thing that used to help.  I also found the dry mouth lasted for the first few days post-op.  I'm now 4 days post-op & it's gone!   Hallelujah!  Hang in there - you're almost there:)  Goodluck!!
