Orientation session

Well after months of trying to sort out my referral and submitting a second one, I received a call today from HRRH (where i was transferred to) asking if I would like to attend the orientation on Monday May 5th!  OF COURSE!!!

Wondering if anyone else would be there?

I submitted before I could complete it...ugh....I was sent a questionnaire to complete, do we just bring this with us to the session?

im pretty excited as well, as my orientation was for aug 9 and when i called to confirm they asked if i wanted it early i said of course lol   they told me its at the professional building behind the hospital

I kept a photocopy of my completed questionnaire. You get asked the same questions a dozen times so it's helpful to have everything at your finger tips and in one place. Good luck!

Thanks, that's a great idea....unfortunately I don't have a scanner or copier but I will take pics with my phone.....lol, gosh what would we do without today's technology...oh I know, communicate a lot better!!!! LOL
