What are you eating/doing today (Friday)
Still on my Whole 30...caved a bit and grabbed a Quest bar before my hot yoga class because I was feeling light-headed. Ahh well
Today is a new day:
B- protein coffee w/ almond milk and carnivor protein
S- Almond milk Balzac's latte
L - beef stew with carrots and a bacon roasted brussel sprouts
S - banana
D - Garlic peel and eat shrimp and sweet potato baked fries wrapped in bacon (friday night treat night)
Exercise today is 5km walk home from work. I didnt feel like the gym today.
I work all weekend so I am trying to just be good to myself
