Good to hear from you!! you look amazing! i've been thinking about being a volunteer firefighter, but i dont know if i have the time committment necessary! Good for you. And your daughter is gorgeous!!!!

So far things are good. Healing slowly, but I've had no complications so far. My son gets disappointed that it's always dad doing everything with him. I used to be so active as a kid, I grew up in Belleville and hockey was everything, we lived with our skates on! I haven't been able to skate in at least 8 yrs, and even back then it killed my ankles. That's what I'm looking forward to the most, because my son doesn't believe that I know how to skate. LOL

Congrats to you !!  It's nice to see someone doing so well still after 2 /12 years out!  I am 7 months out and struggling a bit, but I find this forum and the support group here in Ottawa is great!  We often get together and do things, so that really helps!
