oh my gosh..what type of protein is this that for 100g you are getting 93 grams of protein.?

..as I just posted in another thread.

..there is NO POINT in drinking anything that has roughly 24-28 grams in a single serving as as RNY patients our body cannot absorb anymore than that in a single meal..therefore just because you take upwards of 26 (just a rough #), anything more than that is just money down the toilet

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

I'm pretty sure that 100 grams of this protein is not 1 serving. Usually 1 scoop (like the scoop they put in the jugs of protein powder) is about 30 grams give or take so that would make each serving 30 grams of protein. it's all pretty vague unless you are going to measure it out. Most protein powders are all about the same or in the same area of values. some have more carbs than others because of what might be added to make it more palatable. Also there are VSGers and DSers that post here and not everything is the same for everybody.

I really like Whey Factors, I have a hard time with protein powders and this one I find has no taste at all.

Beneprotein.  You can only get it in pharmacies or online, but basically has no taste , so it blends beautifully.
