Yes I am now back home and I feel fanfreakingtastic. So glad I did this. So glad its over and so glad with the wonderful experience that I had at St. Josephs in Toronto. If I can do this I can do anything. Whoot Whoot!!! :-) Val

So glad you are back home now. Wow awesome that you are feeling so good, before you know it you'll be 100 + pounds lighter and it will all be a distant memory. Cannot wait til it is my turn.
