S - 2 slices of lean ham
L - Green salad with full fat dressing
2 oz grilled chicken
S - 2 slices of lean ham
D - Guessing - green salad - will eat 2/3 if small
4 oz Beef tenderloin
few bites of veg

A gala sounds great. It brings up images off beautiful clothes and music. Hope you have fun. Off to work shortly. Taking this afternoon off to go to the Ashley's sale. My daughter needs some kitchen stuff so thought I would have fun shopping. We almost had Rob Ford visit our office today. I am so glad he isn't. I would have had to stay at work and I really can't stand the man.
My daughters dog begs to sit on my knee. He is beside my laptop at the moment. So I will also need an antihistamine
