I'm just over a year out from surgery and I tend to weigh myself only every couple of weeks (just to keep myself accountable and on track). For the past 5 months I have floated steadily between 182-185lbs and I assumed this was happily where I have landed

Imagine my surprise when 170 glared back at me from my scale this morning!
My goal weight that I thought I would never get to!
Wow this RNY really keeps on going!

Congrats!!!! What amazing progress. I am 10 pounds from my goal and stalling like crazy....time to put the scale away I'm a once a day weigher
