Hey there, Isnt it the best feeling that you get to run around with them now! The other day I was outside with my almost 3 year old playing and I love every second of it! I didnt get tired or winded.

I do not have arthritis but my mother does. She does water aerobics and all exercising in the water. She said it totally helps.

wow great job! :) I sit in the hot tub and take some pain killers on extremely bad days (oxycocet) when my arthritis is bugging me. I find that the smaller I get the less and less the pain bothers me. Talk to your doctor though.

Congrats on the success. I had very bad arthritis in both hips when I had my WLS. The only thing that helped was Tylenol#3 prescriptions from the doctor. Eventually I had both of my hips replaced which has been amazing. Only take the odd regular tylenol now. Best wishes with you move and continued weight loss.
