The ball is rolling now, so excited :)

Just wanted to share that after 3 faxes to the bariatric center since january i finally got my paper work for my orientation date for august 9, but when i called to confirm today they pushed it up to may 5, im so excited and anxious but again im nervous and scared of this new journey

You are going to do just fine. Im having my surgery on Tuesday the 22nd.   It seems like such a long wait and for some of us it is but when it starts it moves quickly.  Good luck  :-) Val

All those feelings are totally normal and I still feel that way sometimes after being in the process for 9 months now.  I hope your wait is not as long as mine, but if it is just know that you will get through it and don't give up.  Try to learn as much as you can and make the changes they ask of you before surgery.  best of luck and congratulation on getting the ball rolling...
