What are you doing/eating today ( Monday)
Good morning all. Didn't make it to my computer until late afternoon yesterday. Figured it was a little late to post my menu at that point. Still battling my over eating. So although I exercised a lot this weekend I have not lost any weight.
Forgot some of my lunch today but will see how it goes.
