Golfing this morning.....followed by brunch....home to watch The Masters finale....its usually exciting right to the end.....this is pretty much a perfect day for me!...lol

B - 2-3 large mugs of regular coffee
Cinnamon raison English muffin with 1 TB of peanut butter
s - 1/2 pure protein bar
L - 2 scrambled eggs
3 pieces of bacon
1 piece of whole wheat toast
1 Michelob Ultra low carb beer
S - chips and salsa
D - 4 oz beef tenderloin
small Caesar salad
1 fingerling potato
glass of malbec

Steps 7006 (sat on my butt in a First Aid/CPR course all day yesterday)
Good Morning
Tired today, yesterday was lonnnnggggg! Today I will be finishing up the house chores like laundry and shopping and such. The dog and I will go for a couple walks. What I reaally want to to is lay on the couch and do nothing...lol. Oh well, long weekend coming up...can't wait!
Going to make a batch of Buffalo Ranch Roasted Chickpeas this afternoon.

Wow golfing! I wi**** was nice enough here to golf. I am up in Elliot Lake and they are forcasting freezing rain turning to snow and we have a blizzard warning go figure. So imnot up to much today. Going to do my exercises twice today as I cant get out to walk.
