1/2 cup of strawberries
L - cup of fresh tomato soup
grilled fish - 6 oz tilapia
S - Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt
D - 4 oz grilled chicken
2 cups of Caesar salad
S - fudgesicle - skinny cow

What a crazy week for me! Busy busy busy.
Today I am off to an 8 hour First Aid/CPR course, with lots of coffee. I am not sleeping very well this last week, was up at 230 this morning and could not get back to sleep.

S- 1/3 cup natural unsalted almonds, small coffee
L-Montanas for lunch, chicken of some sort and salad
S- Pure protein bar
D- rest of chicken and salad from Montanas
S- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt w/ SF pudding powder if I need it.

Good morning everyone!
My body is really making it difficult to get past the 200lb mark --- only 2 more pounds to go. I’m going to take advantage of the beautiful day and go for a long walk and be a goofball with my nephew’s 3 year old son.

Good morning all. Ate too much last night now do not want to eat at all. So sipping a coffee to see if my appetite comes back
I have been going for long walks on Saturday mornings. But my dog is so slow it becomes a real drag. So today I am just going to Cherry Beach he like it but not much of a walk for me.
Some shopping today. I need new window coverings for my living room windows and my bedroom. The bedroom although large will be easy. The living room windows are a very old combination of stained glass and multi pane windows that open. Not sure what I want

I am pre-op
Trying to re-fill my energy tank today as it is my only day off this week. Will be taking my pups out for a nice walk later as it will be nice and warm. So happy to be able to enjoy walks again now that the whether is nice and my mobility is better. Made protein pudding this past week using butterscotch flavour and it came out all lumpy. Maybe I need to mix the milk and protein powder first before adding the pudding mix? I will try that next time. Tried out my blueberry flavour davinci sf syrup and it was ok, a little weak in flavour, but not bad. Intend to try the sf chai today using sf vanilla almond breeze, should be tasty. I am experimenting with adding plain protein to different foods today...
b- liberte greek yogurt mixed with one silhouette sf grk yogurt berry flavour cup (I find the cups really sweet, so this helps cut it - also use cottage cheese)
l - mushroom soup add protein powder with hot sauce
d - shirataki noodles with broccoli and sauce
snack: silhouette sf grk yogurt with protein powder and/or sf chocolate pudding with protein powder added (mixing with mix first)
drinks: sf protein hot chocolate/chai tea/decaf coffee (thanks for the idea TanyaLH), pink lemonade Dasani
