Surgeon and date

It has been pointed out to me that our surgeon and date of surgery is now missing from our headings. The only way to get it back is to list your surgeon as someone who is approved by OH (pays for advertising). The surgeons of course are all American.

I think we all need to send OH a message about the fact that not everyone is from the US and they need to put back our info.

I Am pretty computer literate but Don't have the tolerance, patience or time to teach someone how to use a computer.. no offense! Mine is a graphic I created in photoshop and uploaded to the internet.. you could add yours to your signature line in your settings.. maybe someone with more time can pipe up on how to do that
