Suzie I too can eat anything, salad, fruit, nuts all with no problem. I haven't tried pasta but I can eat quinoa and potatoes. I had surgery a few days after you. I have lost about the same amount as you. I am eating protein forward and measure everything but still am losing very slowly according to my surgeon. I eat as taught by the dietician on a Childs divided plate. I have learned that in order to maximize weight loss to focus on the protein only add vegetables but to not exceed 40 grams of carbs and to stay away from nuts, rice, potatoes, oatmeal, cheese anything that will take me out of ketosis. Damn it is like doing Bernstein all over again and it does get better once your in ketosis you don't crave the carbs. It is going to be hard but we can do this!!

you can eat as much cheeses as you want when in ketosis...
