Opti, vitamins & PATTS

Should we continue taking vitamins while on opti? Also should we start taking the ones we will use after surgery so the body is used to them?  I take big pills now (always have) but obviously not after surgery, so how will it affect PATTS? Do they need what I take pre surg. or plan to take post? I have to do 3 weeks of Opti and my PATTS is on day one of Opti.

I started taking my vits before surgery and I am still taking them on the Opti and I have 5 days left of the VIAL stuff...hate it.for PATTS u take everything with you even if u take Tylenol or herbs, take it all. The nurse puts them all in the computer, as they want to know what u take so they can have the same thing there for you when you are done your surgery.

PATTS they will do blood work ECG meet with a nurse and the sleep Dr...be pre pared to spend a min of 4 hours there and dress cool it's so hot in there...

What time is your PATTS appt? I'm only asking because I went for my PATTS on the 2nd day of OPTI and I waited until I got home to drink them as I couldn't be away from the toilet for the first 3 days...If I were you I wouldn't be starting them until you return home from your appt. Just incase.  I would just take and eat your 2 cups of veggies. 

They don't effect everyone the same way, but for me it was within the first 10 minutes of the first shake....fast acting lol.

I planned on waiting till I get home from PATTS after all the "toilet" stories I have read on here!LOL

I was told to stop my vitamins when I start opti bc opti is a complete nutritional replacement - I start opti tomorrow...  hmmm....
