I went through the Ottawa clinic and mine consisted of blood work, health history, and an ECG. I also met with the Anesthetist and was able to ask questions as well the Pharmacist came in and did a medication reconciliation. That was it. It was pretty easy. I was there about 2 hours total, but only because they were running a bit behind. Hope this is helpful!
You meet with a nurse to review your medications & let you know what to expect the day of surgery. They take blood, vitals, etc. You meet the anesthetist. I can't remember what else happened, it's been too long :)

This is what happens at a PATTS in Ottawa; at least, such was my experience. Your experience may vary somewhat (I hear about some people having x-rays).
