I love to cook too when I am in the mood, but would like to have some ready-made stuff for those other times.  Congrats on being able to consume chicken at 6 weeks, that is really cool.  Hmmm...not sure I should bother with the protinis after all, I will have to think about it.  thanks!

I found these in Metro today!!! I got the Sweet Chili Thai and The Roasted Chicken. Had thai one for dinner with Kale salad.

It was ok, nothing too exciting.

Did you find them moist enough?

not too bad. not spicy enough for me so I add frank's Sweet Chili Thai Dipping Sauce to mine, and I ate them cold. i think if you heat them up they will be very dry.

I like spicy too, so I can relate.

I have had them and I like them. The only ones I get is the Mild Salsa. The calories are good and a good way to get protein in. For me they are perfect for my kind of work. Easy to carry with me and be able to eat while waiting for a bus or walking to my next client.  I buy mine at Fortinos.

Do you find the texture ok?  Have heard they are rubbery?

No they are not rubbery. Not yet but you never know. Mine have been nice and moist

I was actually eating them for a while begged my surgery. I prefer the unflavoured ones. I like them for when I have to travel to my sons competitions. Dance season has started. If I'm home I'll cook fresh but these are great in a pinch
