OMG...Am I really going to do this?

Well...today is surgery day. In some ways it feels like it has taken forever to get here. In other ways, it has gone by soooo quickly. Oddly, I'm not really nervous (yet) and I slept well last night.

On my last day of work, my co-workers presented me with a pile of magazines, a card and a gift card so that I can buy new clothes when I morph into the new me. I'm overwhelmed by their support! What an amazing journey thus far!

Send me your 'get well' vibes, and I'll catch you on the other side!
