Max Carbs?
I'm in the double your protein to carb ratio for sure. For the first 6 months I stuck around 30 g of carbs. Now I am a bit more liberal...maybe 60 g on high days. It seriously worked for me and kept my hunger at bay. As soon as I let more carbs in...I tend to graze WAY too much!
It's hard...but certainly doable. It's easier if you keep carbs low right from the gate.
