An Introduction

Hey everyone.  This is my first post, although I've been "stalking" this forum for a few weeks.  I'm an elementary teacher from Brampton with 2 kids (both girls, ages 4 and 6). Today is my first day of this amazing journey.  My surgery date is April 24 at St Michaels with Dr Grantcharov, and today I started Opti (doing 3 weeks). It's not as bad as I thought it would be, but we will see how I feel in a week or two!   So excited to finally get going!

I started opti today as well(3 weeks), its not that bad. I added banana extract to my morning shake. Was kind of yummy :)

My surgery date is April 23rd in Ottawa. best of luck!

I bought it at Walmart. In the baking section. Really good with the chocolate shake

I also bought mint extract. Hoping it taste like a peppermint patty! lol
