Good morning,
Not feeling well today, actually been feeling like this for a few days. Feeling nausea and hungry at the same time, kinda like a burning in my tummy. And I feel like I have a lump of something in my throat. Blahhh
B-1/2 cup Oatmeal w/ dates and pecans, protein coffee (I think I am going to give up the coffee for awhile)
L-2 oz chicken breast w/ 1/2 cup sweet kale salad/dressing
S- 1/3 cup greek yogurt w/ sf pudding powder
D- 3 oz baked perch w/ mashed turnip and carrots
S- 1/3 cup greek yogurt w/ sf pudding powder

Good afternoon – hope you feel better soon Tanya.
I was delivering a tractor on a float with my husband this morning! I was regressing back to my farm wife days. He just oiled my treadmill for the third time so I will be getting on that in a bit.
Better late than never – here is my meal plan:
B- poached egg, bacon, one piece of rye toast (small)
S- activia greek vanilla 0%, all max protein powder
Lunch –looking for mr goodbarley soup
S- laughing cow French onion light, melba
Dinner –2 ribs, salad, irresistible life smart balsamic
FITNESS PAL Calories 1100 Carbs 65 Fat 66 Protein 102

Good afternoon! I'm late posting, but just got around to posting what I ACTUALLY ate yesterday into MFP. I didn't do too badly considering that drinking and a good time was had by all. And better yet, no weight gain this morning.
Got off to a late start today just because I was up into the wee hours so I slept in. Here's my menu for today:
16 MONTHS POST-RNY
B - 1/2 cup ricotta/vanilla/stevia mix with 1/2 banana and 1/4 cup mixed berries
S - 1 cup of skim milk
L - 4.5 oz leftover rotisserie chicken breast, and 1/2 cup green garbanzo beans sauteed in 1 tsp olive oil, minced garlic, 1/2 a minced shallot, and 1/4 red bell pepper - that's turning into a favourite side dish for me. Too bad hubby doesn't like it much.
S - Pure protein bar (simply because I'm craving something sweet right now and would rather have that than be tempted into eating something I shouldn't)
D - Making meaty lasagna again - heavy on the meat and ricotta, light on the pasta. Having one serving.
S - Probably another glass of skim milk. Comfort food for me. :)
TOTALS: 123g protein, 32g fat, 104 carbs, 13g fiber, 1181 calories
