Protein Powders?
Hi everyone,
As I'm getting myself all ready for my surgery next Tuesday, I wanted to ask those of you (post-surgery) where you got your protein powders from? Any suggestions? Costco isn't really an option for me - don't have a car nor a costco card. I really want to get all my stuff ready for next week. Can anyone recommend any good unflavoured protein powders? And where they got them?
Any helpful information is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Joining the bench very soon!

GNC is good. If you do not like the one you pick you can take it back. I also love iWin direct They will send you samples. Their cappuccino is awesome

I love Popeye`s....will give taste samples in the store, will take back opened containers if you decide you don`t like it and they have so very many varieties to choose from. The chocolate, vanilla, strawberry available at places like WalMart and Costco get boring; you can get wonderful fruity flavoured whey isolate (and other types as well), that are great because you can mix them with water.......less calories, no lactose problems! And most their powders have well over 20 g protein in a drink..... so many reasons to go there!
Bio-X is one of our favourite brands; and it's Canadian to boot! We went with the Whey Isolate from Bio-X. Excellent stats.
The other that was highly recommended to me by my centre here in Ottawa is Allmax Isonatural. They have an unflavoured and a few flavours as well. My centre said to stick with whey isolates where possible.
And I second the vote for Popeye's. They are extremely good. They'll give you samples of types you would like to try (most types anyway), and they will take back containers that you opened, tried, but did not like. We just got a flyer in the mail from them as we're on their mailing list. There's another sale coming up soon I think. I'd have to check the dates.
Good luck with surgery! You must be getting so excited now!

I second the Bulk Barn. The stats on it are fabulous and it's unflavored so you can change the flavor just by adding to it and it's not gross sweet or anything. Link below =)
