Has any one experienced the leaky gut syndrome and how was it treated by conventional doctors?

Leaky gut syndrome is not generally recognized by conventional physicians.

From what I have been reading about this issue, you can control it yourself.

Read this link... http://scdlifestyle.com/2010/03/the-scd-diet-and-leaky-gut-s yndrome/

What are you eating, or not eating??

What vitamins are you lacking? What vitamins are you taking everyday?

Are you under alot of stress?

What medications are you taking?

Are you taking a probiotic??

Hope this helps.... And, I wouldn't worry about doing the "diet" they mention in this link... Follow our new lifestyle menu.. HIGH PROTEIN, LOW CARB.

There is alot of good info in here as well. Worth a read, IMO...

Make sure you are getting enough protein, taking your vitamins and drinking your water everyday!!

Cut out the carbs and sugars and things you shouldn't be eating, if that is what is happening.

Track your foods and see what you are eating  ..then try to eliminate those things that are likely causing you this issue.

just my opinion ... Also, maybe get in touch with your NUT at your clinic, they will be able to guide you and analyze your daily menu to help you eliminate foods.

Hope this also helps
