I have been seeing him just about every week, if not him... his assistant.
I have emailed him and I am waiting for him to get back to me.
I have had enough!! He needs to fix this and it better be sooner than later. No more bs.
I can't do anything! My life is on hold. It sucks alot! I try to push myself and I suffer for it. I can't go back to wor****il this hole in my belly, is gone. I actually miss being at work. I can't even enjoy my recovery time because I have sooo much fighting to do with ccac and stuff.

Got my 10K steps in – barely yesterday 10017 – yes I walked in circles in my ensuite bath room in order to get over 10K!
B- greek yogurt, protein powder, frozen strawberries and blue berries
S- fat free cottage cheese with Frank’s Red Hot !!
Lunch –TVP chili
S- melba, laughing cow light
Dinner –broccoli chicken divan
