Chores and running around today.....home tonight......I am looking forward to some reading this afternoon

 

STEPS - 10,280

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee

   Premier protein shake

 

S - 1/2 pure protein bar

 

L - 2 ham-cheese-pickle roll ups

 

S - Dannon light and fit greek yogurt

 

D - small green salad with full fat dressing

     4 oz beef tenderloin

 

S - 1 skinny cow fudgesicle

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,206,  Carbs - 75 grams,  Fat - 39 grams,  Protein - 98 grams

 

All water and vits.....more decaf coffee

Steps – 8565 eliptical dead - i should have stayed on the treadmill longer.

Bad day yesterday, some crappy work stuff. Made a couple of bad choices as a result, nothing too out of hand but definitely not what I need to be eating.

B- greek yogurt and protein powder with strawberries and blue berries

S- roasted chickpeas

Lunch –TVP chili

S- hummus melba

Dinner –broccoli chicken divan

FITNESS PAL Calories 1071 Carbs 105 Fat 35 Protein 85

L- roast chicken and some green beans.

D-2 turkey roll ups with LF cheese and pickle slice..

S- making some roasted chickpeas tonight..

Good morning all,

Hope you enjoy your reading today Barb. Sounds like heaven. Saw the old movie Tootsie last night. Forgot how funny it was. Enjoyed the evening. For some reason after the movie I had a muffin. Tasted great but I also drank coffee with it. For me a really bad combination. Had cramps all the wat home and am up 2 lbs today! Nothing interesting today just work.

l ham and pea soup

d beef stew, salad

I can't do that combo either. And i'm never sure why I even try either. It's been a long time, but the feeling is horrible, and always with a wee gain. 

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Good morning. Excited to meet the Peterborough group tonight. Monica won the FitBit off my Facebook page, so i'm heading there for their coffee night. Having dinner with my mom at Swiss Chalet first. And i'm having a bit of mashed potatoes and gravy, and I don't care who knows it LOL

B: goat yogurt/nsa yogurt mix with chia and hemp hearts

S: grape skin flour bread with peanut butter

L: tuna salad

S: grape skin flour with peanut butter

D: chicken breast and mashed potatoes. ( I have alloted for all, but won't get it all in...unless I eat the rest on the drive home :-) )
