I'm sorry you're feeling a bit defeated. At times, the path to success can be discouraging (believe me I get it), and I'm sure the weather isn't helping.

I hope your day improves.

Hang in there. Things will get better. It is normal to feel let down soon after surgery. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we can get out for some fresh but not freezing weather. I know I do not want to even go out for a coffee

Is this normal for before surgery also? I don't even have any clue when I get to meet a sergon all I have been doing is jumping through hoop after hoop they tell me to jump I say how high and do better. And they just drag me along. With no end in sight :(

Very common. You have done so much work I can understand your frustration. I thought they would never get around to me. It took 14 mths from start to finish and I did not have to do any extra tests. It is easy for me to say just hang in there but please know we are all routing for you. Try to do something nice for yourself to take your mind off it. Perhaps a manicure or hair cut. Whatever helps you to get it off your mind for a while.

It is a lenghty process. It took 16 months for me and I quit counting at 23 appointments.  However - it's worth it. Take the time to prepare.
