Out with a friend all day today for retail therapy and lunch.....home for dinner so I am going to try and have a low cal day

Up since 3:45 am. Already been a long day Guess my sleeping pills need adjusting. OR...maybe after my iron infusions I will get back to normal? I go for my first of three today. I have a feeling that I will actually feel a difference this time, as my hemoglobin is low, not just the ferritin.
Went spinning this morning.
B: 1 slice of whole wheat toast and peanut butter (pre-spinning), protein coffee (post-spinning)
S: goat yogurt/yoplait with chia and hemp hearts
L: fruit and cheese plate
S: diet cheesecake
D: pulled pork and spinach

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Good morning Barb. Ah retail therapy. The best kind. Hope you find some nice things. I think I may have had a gall bladder attack last night. Extreme pain on the right side plus all across my back above the waist. Also dizzy. I do not feel like eating today so my menu is not complete. It is more suggestions

It was the radiating across the back that made me think of kidney stones......its not a lot of fun Pat......go to the ER if you get beside yourself.....they can give you meds for the pain.....FYI...Tramadol killed me......I was OK with morphine......and try to keep drinking water
Hope it passes soon if a stone....if gallbladder there is only one cure I know of....surgery.....
