Probably my biggest steps day yesterday – 12,302! I have to say my knees are in a lot less pain now. Most likely due to weight loss and building of muscle. I don’t have to take the Tylenol arthritis anymore, nor do I need the cream I bought!

On the down side I didn’t have time to eat my greek yogurt yesterday so I missed a lot of protein, eating it for breakfast – must make sure I get all my eats in.

B- danone silhouette greek vanilla yogurt, all max protein powder welch’s frozen strawberries/blueberries

S- grimm’s turkey pepperette, babybel cheese

Lunch –ham/cheese roll up, mustard for dipping!

S- 60 g of mixed nuts

Dinner –creamy curried chicken, broccoli

Have a great day friends!

Yes, I love them! I got the Kirkland honey ham and they also had a 'light' swiss cheese. I don't miss the bread at all!!

for the ham and cheese rollups , is it just a piece of ham and roll and piece of cheese inside. Sounds like a great idea. Are there any swiss cheese babybell or is swiss to high in fat and calories
