Good morning,

Hi Kelly:

I have 25 km but I walk only and can't figure out how to add in the steps of an aquafit class

I'm sorry Laurie, I don't know how to count the steps either. A FitBit Flex would tell you. Maybe make a post asking FitBit Flex wearers how many steps are recorded during a class?

I was able to find out how many kms an average spin class was (25-35K), but my Fitbit records a few steps here and there during class, so I make it 20k for the class.

I have a chart that I use that converts other activities into miles.

It doesn't have aquafit, but, it lists swimming. For easy pace 24 minutes equals one mile, for moderate pace 16 minutes equals one mile and for vigorous pace 12 minutes equals one mile. Maybe this can help?

I did 37.7 kms this week. I was out with my dog yesterday but ended up cutting the walk short because he was just so slow!. He was fine the day before when my husband was with us but for me he just mosey on slowly. I kept stopping for him to catch up.

Need to motivate myself to get on my bike more.
