and a hell of a lot of work.

my energy levels are ridiculously low, so getting blood work to help figure it out.

So my exercising is minimal , so I'm excited to see how the weight drops when that kicks up.

Thanks for being supportive and know that opti is the easy part and helps detox your from all the crap we used to eat.
