Congrats on the biking. It is one of my favourite exercises. I have not been as active this winter but hope to get my act together

Cycling is so awesome.  I do recumbent right now until my knee is stronger, but it has been going well.

Hi All,

Pat, mmmm short ribs, sounds yummy, unfortunately I can't tolerate red meats any more :(

Leanne, Lasagna, the ultimate comfort food!! I plan on making some this week sometime but with zuchini noodles instead of pasta. (Can't tolerate that either)

Sunny, Good luck with house sale!

Libre, Yay for bike riding!

Barb, nice steps!

I am late to the party today as DH and I were out with friends most of the morning. Now he is getting packed for the week, and I will be getting things ready for going back to work tomorrow.

B-1/4 cup FF cottage cheese, with 1/4 cup cherry yogurt, protein coffee.

S- !/2 cup protein shake made with almond milk

L- 2 oz chicken breast w/ sweet chili thai sauce

D- 3 oz baked trout with kale salad

S- 1/4 greek yogurt w/ SF pudding powder mixed in.

Be well everyone.

Tanya

I only tolerate beef stewed. I have had the odd steak but they do not always sit well. Good luck going back to work tomorrow

Zuchinni lasagna sounds awesome.  Have tried one made with eggplant instead of noodles and it was great.
