Iron Session

Leona, our iron specialist, will be doing a session on Sunday, 9 March in Ottawa from 2:00 to 4:30.

It will be held at 100 Grant Carman Drive Ottawa.

Bring your latest blood work for Leona to discuss with you.

In addition to your recent lab work please bring a cup and one dose of your current vitamin regime...you may be surprised by what you learn

Is there a cost for this session?  Is there parking?  Also, I noticed your signature has no dates for the coffee meetups in Ottawa.  Will there be more of them or are they discontinued?  Thank you!

There was no cost for the iron session and there was free visitor parking as it was held in the party room of someone`s condominium.

I was looking at the coffee nights on Facebook.

I actually MIGHT be able to make it to March 17! I'm shocked!

My husband works nights usually so I'm often caring for our pre-schooler. However on March 17 (St. Paddy's Day coincidentally!) he finishes at 6:30. It'd be great to go and meet up with you folks. Zizzler, will you be going too?

Is your FB page a closed group?

Yes, it is a private/secret group on FB and I had to friend someone for her to add me to the group. If you wish, send me a PM and I'll give you some of the details on how to find it. It's only for folks in Ottawa though, not all of Ontario. Just FYI; I'm not sure where you're located.
