Sodium in Water

I have been advised that the water at my workplace has a high sodium level. Is this something to worry about??  I am not sure - but this may mean the water at my house is high too as both are in same town.

You can ask the person who advised you what they mean about it being High (that is a very generic and relative term) and get the actual measurement.  But I doubt it's at a level to really do any harm unless you've been put on a strict sodium Free diet (I know non WLS patients who have had to do this, to a point where they have to watch which bottled water they drank as some has sodium in it).  I wouldn't worry about it.
