Fitbit awesome company!

I got a fitbit in September to get me going on my walking after having a stress fracture in my foot in the summer. I loved it and it worked well to keep me motivated to walking the minimum 10,000 steps.

On Tuesday I was walking the mall and took off my jacket as I was walking and my fitbit flex fell off and no one has brought it into the security office. I contacted the company and told them what happened. I told them they need to refigure their clasp because it had fallen off before on me in that type of situation. We'll here it is Friday and I have a new fitbit flex. How totally awesome is that company.

I recommend the fitbit to anyone who likes to know how they are doing for their exercise, and really like the challenge to reach goals. The 10,000 steps was my beginning goal and on beautiful days I strive for more.

Just thought I'd share about something positive!

Wow how awesome is that?!

I've actually never heard of Fitbit and I just looked it up on their website! It looks like a great product! Which one do you have? And do you find it helpful?

You can buy the fitbit at Future Shop or online. Just keep the receipt. I have the flex and I do love it. My husband is thinking of the force because it has the watch.

I do love challenging myself when I've surpassed the 10,000 to keep going and going

This is pretty standard with fitbit.  I lost mine a few months ago and got a replacement as well.

Well Dawn, they hopefully will rethink the clasp so they don't have to pay out. I didn't expect a replacement but was very kind in expressing how I loved the product and how well it worked to motivate me. I figured a nice customer is a good thing to hear from once in a while.

I had a very similar experience with them last year. So impressed with their customer service and recently upgraded to the fit bit force.  I love it and the company!
