I just wanted to say how much I appreciate these posts. My surgery is in 10 days and these threads are helping me to wrap my head around how things will be afterwards.

Glad you enjoy the thread. Just remember we are all at different places in our journeys. Some of us are maintenance and eat differently than those still losing. Good luck on your surgery. It was the best thing I ever did for myself
