What are you eating/doing today (Wednesday)

I am going to try to make it to TWH tonight, like you Pat I haven't been in a long time. I haven't gotten the emails the past 2 months and I have been busy with other stuff.
I have been averaging 8500 - 11,000 steps most days on my Fitbit and this makes me happy. Today will be less because I won't have the long hike with the dog tonight if I make it to TWH.
B - yogurt, granola
S - jerky (I am going to attempt to make homemade jerky this weekend, if I have time)
L - fish - in pretty little tacos
S - cheese
D - Salad with meat of some kind
S - protein bar

Good almost-afternoon, Barb and everyone!
I'm trying to get back into planning my meals in the morning. My CBT is going well, and this week she's getting me to really pay attention to when I am eating, getting back to eating by the clock, and ensuring that my meals and snacks are appropriate. I've fallen so far off the wagon when it comes to planning. Luckily haven't gained weight back (still hovering between 175 and 180 depending on the day).
1 YEAR & 4 MONTHS POST-RNY
B - 8:45 a.m. (a bit late) - 3/4 of an egg sandwich made with a P28 bagel
S - 10:50 a.m. (also a bit late) - 1/2 cup ricotta/vanilla/splenda with 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
L - 1-1:30 p.m. (getting back on schedule) - Leftover italian sausage spaghetti sauce, with 1/4 cup pasta
S - 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. - 1 cup of skim milk
D - 6:30 or so - 1/2 to 1 cup homemade beef stew, heavy on the beef, light on the potatoes and veggies in my serving.
S - 8:30 or 9 p.m. - 1/2 of a Quest bar
TOTALS: 101g protein, 40g fat, 112 carbs, 20g fiber, 1137 calories
Pretty high carb day. I'll have to watch that tomorrow. Don't like seeing my carbs higher than my protein, even though I'm within my daily allotment of carbs since my calories are a bit lower than usual.

Going to tonight’s support meeting at TWH. After the last 2 days I think it’s exactly what I need.

D- Cottage cheese and ketchup
Cal-637, Carbs-27, Fat-29, Protein-62 Sugar-11, Chol-36
