Holy Crap Cereal

Hi Monica,

I love it, personally. I add it to Greek yoghurt with some peaches or mangoes and let it sit overnight. I make my own, though. I buy everything from the Bulk Barn except the buckwheat - for that, I buy Bob's Red Mill brand. If you try it, make sure you get the raw, not the toasted.

Most of the time I make Skinny B and I add double the cinnamon from the Holy Crap recipe.

Cheers!
Sara

Thanks Sara!!  I don't mind making my own.  Might add a bit to it as well.  I love cinnamon.

I thought it was tasty, but too much chewing of the small little seeds and stuff. I found it ruined my yogurt because I had to chew so much.

over priced in my opinion and while it might be "healthy" I am sure you could make your won for a fraction of the price..it's a catchy name...and that's why I believe it has had the success sit has.....nothing "special" in my opinion.
