D - 1/2 Thai crunch salad with avocado from California Pizza Kitchen
S - Skinny cow fudge bar

Krista, I hope sleep comes for you tonight. To me, lack of sleep is the worse feeling.
Not too much going on today, been out for a short walk already and it seems warmer then yesterday! I think my Jasper and I will go for a nice walk after breakfast. I will spend the afternoon cleaning out my closet yet again. I really need to go do some shopping for spring and summer clothes very soon.
B- Protein coffee, 1/4 cup FF cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup Source cherry yogurt mixed in
L-2 ham, cheese and pickle roll ups
S-1 egg bite, small mandarine
D-2 oz ground chicken, 1/4 cup spagehetti squash with onion mushroom and tomato sauce
S-1/3 cup plain greek yogurt w/ SF chocolate jello powder mixed in
Lots of water and decafe tea.

Good morning Barb. It's not quite so freezing today but still very cold. Work today and perhaps a walk tonight. Tried to bike last night but did not last long. Need to get moving for spring riding.

Hi Barb and everyone,
After breakfast yesterday it has been down hill. All I've been doing is eating slices off a brick of cheese. What the heck!!! I haven't done this kind of mindless eating for about a year!!! I feel gross ... yet I continued. Just threw everything away...gave my head a shake...and reviewed what caused this. Not to go into detail--but let's just say I allowed emotional eating (due to an upsetting occurance at work) rear its ugly head. Seriously need to remember to stop --- think -- and question why. At times like this I need to drink some water and remind myself that I deserve to be healthy and happy regardless of life's bumps....cuz... this situation will pass ... but the after effects of bad eating will not. Thanks for letting me put my thoughts into words. It really helps. Tomorrow is a new day with fabulous results. Wishing you all a great day with fabulous results!
