Hello my friends - Had my surgery last Thursday and am doing well. My experience at St. Joe's in Hamilton was good. I still feel like I'm in sort of a post op fog, but lots to remember each day in terms of timing vitamins and meds around drinking fluids to try and get the best absorption possible.

Thanks to those *****commended the Premier Protein shake. It's working well for me and at 30 grams of protein a serving, its just an all around good choice :)

Can I ask where you found Premier Protein? I haven't been able to track any down and it's not on Costco's website.

I got mine in St. Catharines, but am pretty sure its available in all of them. Flavours may vary by store.

Thanks for the good thoughts everyone. I found my Premier Protein at Costco in Ancaster - they only had the chocolate..lol...not that I'm complaining. I do look forward to trying the vanilla as well. It is easy to sip post op and no gaggy after taste to me :)
